Day 10: Corn fritters!
Back in college I bought a $5 cookbook that had a great recipe for spicy corn fritters. (In case you haven’t noticed, I like spicy food.) I haven’t made corn fritters since graduate school but decided that this would be a good day to dust off the old cookbook and try it again.
We had the fritters with tofu, and to drink, Brandon pulled out our Juiceman Juicer and blended some apples and carrots. DELICIOUS!
