Veggie Smorgasbord

Day 30: Vegetarian smorgasbord. (Why not?)

I had a gluttonous Indian lunch at Taj today, eating every vegetarian dish in their lunch buffet. I don’t even know what most of it was called, but it was all very good. I really liked the mushroom dish, and I was glad that the chickpeas were spicy. And you can never go wrong with the potatoes and naan. 

Because I ate so much for lunch, dinner was simple — wasabi mashed potatoes (that’s right… wasabi!) and garlicky, sauteed kale. The coolest part of dinner tonight was that I made both dishes using vegetables grown from a local farm!
