Day 4: Ultimate nachos! Me gusta mucho.
Brandon made dinner tonight using Smart Ground Mexican crumbles on top of blue corn chips and covered with shredded soy cheese, fresh cilantro, vine-ripened tomatoes, organic sour cream, and chopped jalapeño peppers from our own front porch. Another delicious meatless meal!
P.S. A pound of soy crumbles costs less than a pound of ground beef. Plus it’s already seasoned, has zero fat, and is only 70 calories per serving.
P.P.S. My bowl looks dirty in the picture because it is my second helping! Hee hee…
