Hot Stuff

We bought two bottles of super hot sauce from our favorite pepper farmer at the Market Square Farmers Market. The first bottle is a ghost pepper hot sauce (Bhut Jolokia), and the second bottle is a Fatali/Trinidad sauce. Hot, hot, hot!

The ghost pepper has an amazing flavor (as expected), and I could probably use it as a Sriracha substitute. (Note: I put Sriracha on everything.) And the Fatali sauce has a sweeter flavor with a bit of a citrus tingle. I think the Fatali would go really well on a pork dish. 

Yeah, we like things spicy around here.
